Zoe Saldaña is decidedly notmethod dressing for her Lioness press tour; instead, she is delivering a style streak for the ages. The actor and former Harper’s Bazaar cover star has been stepping out around town to promote her political espionage thriller, in which she plays Joe McNamara, a senior CIA case officer who heads an elite, undercover military program composed entirely of female operatives.
But out in the world, there is nothing hidden about Saldaña’s style. Her bold, elegant wardrobe this week has included everything from a silky teal pencil skirt to a ruched white midi dress and a plunging black gown. Name a more chic It girl.

Yesterday, Saldaña made an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and for the occasion, she dressed up in a ruched, electric-white midi dress that hugged her body. The piece’s shoulder straps formed a wide, nearly off-the-shoulder neckline that looked oh so sophisticated on the star.

While onstage, Saldaña wore the dress with pointy white pumps, but outside, she changed into lacy black heels that gave the look a sexy nighttime edge. Diamond jewelry and a tight ballerina bun rounded out the look.

The night prior, Saldaña walked the red carpet for the New York City premiere of her series at SVA Theater. She was all class in a ruched black minidress with a plunging neckline, long sleeves, and a high cut at the front of the skirt, from Balmain’s Fall 2026 collection. The piece got even more chic as the actor paired it with sheer black tights and pointy black heels also in a sheer fabric and featuring little ankle straps. A statement black-gem necklace and a messy, wavy hairdo sealed the deal.

Still, her Wednesday evening look may have been her best: a crinkled, semi-sheer cream button-down tucked into a teal satin pencil skirt, straight from Willy Chavarria’s Spring 2027 runway.
