Will Reeve is known for his connection to Superman, but his wife, Amanda Dubin, is his Wonder Woman.

Reeve, who is the son of the late actor Christopher Reeve and late actress and singer Dana Reeve, has been an ABC News correspondent since 2018 following his time at ESPN, according to his bio.

In April 2023, Reeve and Dubin, a luxury event planner, went Instagram official. Over a year later, the pair announced their engagement in November 2024.

Since then, they have often posted about each other on social media and attended events together, including the Los Angeles premiere of Superman in July 2025.

While Reeve has kept the details of the start of their romance private, he previously spoke about what it was like to fall in love. "If I can speak personally, it will happen when you least expect it. And you'll be the happiest you'll ever be," he said during an ABC News segment in January 2024.

Dubin graduated from Cornell University in 2018, according to the Cornell Fashion + Textile Collection blog.

She majored in fashion design management and was a research assistant at the Cornell Costume & Textile Collection (CCTC).

"Working in the CCTC has taught me to give great attention to detail and has stressed the importance of doing diligent research," she said in a March 2018 interview about her time working with the collection.

Dubin also noted that her favorite item in the CCTC was an inaugural ball gown worn by Eleanor Roosevelt, whom she wrote about in a February 2016 article for the CCTC website.

She runs an event planning company with her mom

Dubin runs an event planning firm with her mom, Victoria Dubin.

According to the company's website, Victoria Dubin Events is a "luxury wedding and event planning firm," which helps create different experiences from "intimate gatherings to large-scale destination weddings."

Dubin has been at the firm since February 2023, per her LinkedIn.

During an appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark in February 2025, Reeve spoke about how wedding planning was already well underway, thanks to marrying into a "double event planner family," as Kelly Ripa put it.

“We are so dialed,“ he continued. “We’ve still got almost a year, a little under a year, until the wedding, and we’ve basically got almost everything done.”

She and Reeve made their relationship public in April 2023

The couple went public with their relationship in April 2023, when the ABC News correspondent posted a selfie on Instagram of the two of them in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Reeve and Dubin got engaged in New York City on Nov. 8, 2024. The pair announced the news in a joint Instagram post two days later.

"Friday was the happiest night of our lives and we can’t wait to spend forever together," Reeve told PEOPLE in an exclusive statement about the proposal.

During an interview on Live with Kelly and Mark in February 2025, Reeve revealed how he accomplished the surprise proposal. "There was some misdirection involved" with him telling Dubin it was "a charity event."

“I was like, ‘We gotta go. We gotta stop by.’ And she was like, ‘This is the dumbest plan that I’ve ever heard,' " he recalled. "And I was like, ‘No, no, it’s fine. It’s fine.' And so we go into this thing, and there’s no charity event, I’d made it up.”

Reeve had set up the proposal spot with "roses, [a] cellist and a photographer," which inspired the event planner side of Dubin to start taking pictures.

"And I go, ‘You’re going to have to put your phone down now.’ And she goes, ‘Oh my God!’ and then she knew what was happening," he said.

According to Reeve, their families were “upstairs” at an “art gallery," awaiting the moment they could celebrate with them.

They married in January 2026

Reeve and Dubin wed in Miami on Jan. 17.

According to Instagram, several of Reeve's ABC News colleagues were in attendance, including Robin Roberts, Sam Champion and Lara Spencer, among others.

In September 2018, Dubin landed a role at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as part of their Presidential Associates Program.

According to her LinkedIn, she started as a presidential associate before becoming an assistant manager on the e-commerce side. She was at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. for nearly three years.

Dubin then worked at the plant-based chicken company, Daring, and in February 2023, she joined her mom's N.Y.C.-based event planning firm.
