Shia LaBeouf is celebrating a big milestone.
The actor, who turned 40 on June 11, was spotted out and about with Nicole Mumphrey on his birthday in New Orleans. The two have been romantically linked since this spring.
LaBeouf, walking hand-in-hand with his date on the street, wore a pink short-sleeved button-up covered in graphics and shorts. Mumphrey wore a white summer dress. The pair dined at a Mexican restaurant followed by dessert at a cookie shop.

The Transformers star moved to New Orleans seeking a fresh start after splitting from his on-again, off-again girlfriend Mia Goth, a source told PEOPLE in February. He and the British actress, 32, welcomed a daughter, Isabel, in 2022.
Earlier this month, LaBeouf pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery charges in connection with his alleged Feb. 17 altercation at a New Orleans bar during Mardi Gras. He received a sentence of two years' probation, alcohol abuse rehabilitation, sensitivity training and anger management classes.

The arrest, one of many for LaBeouf in recent years, allegedly involved the actor striking and assaulting two people and being taken to a hospital for treatment of unknown injuries. One of the alleged victims told PEOPLE in February that the Honey Boy writer-star was "lunging at" patrons while also screaming homophobic slurs.

Hours after his release, LaBeouf was spotted partying on Bourbon Street while holding his jail release paperwork in his mouth. He later wrote "Free me" on his X account.

A source told PEOPLE that LaBeouf made the move from California to Louisiana to be near his father Jeffrey. "He was just unhappy in Los Angeles and saw New Orleans as a reset," they said in February. "He's very close with his dad and wanted to spend more time with his dad."
