Longtime New York Knicks fan Hank Azaria was not pleased with Taylor Swift getting courtside seats to Game 4 of the NBA Finals.
Swift cheered on the Knicks while sitting beside friends Alana and Este Haim at Wednesday night's game.
Azaria watched the pivotal game in rafter-adjacent suites along with celebrities Rainn Wilson, Jeremy Strong, and Questlove.
Hank Azaria is "bothered" when it comes to Taylor Swift.
The actor has joined those disgruntled with the pop singer for attending Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the New York Knicks and the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night.
While on The Dan Le Batard Showon Thursday, Azaria said how shocked even he was in terms of seeing which celebrities attended the game. "It was crazy in there celebritywise," Azaria said.
"I'l tell you the one that bothered me was Taylor Swift," Azaria continued. "Come on. I know she's the hugest thing in the world, but we had to sit with her all through the NFL and now she's at the Garden."
Swift cheered on the Knicks with friends Alana and Este Haim, of the band Haim, with all three musicians wearing punny "Knicks" shirts, including one reading "Stevie Knicks" in honor of Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks. The pop singer's presence drew disdain from sports announcers, who questioned why she was sitting courtside, while online users speculated whether longtime friend Selena Gomez mocked Swift going to the game — a rumor Gomez quickly denied.

Azaria added that he found Swift's presence at the game "ridiculous" as he explained how challenging it can be for celebrities to receive complimentary tickets to games at Madison Square Garden.

"You don't know from the Garden if you're going to get in until that day," he said. "If you're Ben Stiller or Tracy Morgan, you know. I think Spike [Lee] actually pays for his tickets. So they don't let you know until day-of because there's such high demand."
The comedian said that after not receiving complimentary tickets to Game 3, he was let in free to Game 4. Although he got to watch the pivotal game with celebrities like Rainn Wilson, Jeremy Strong, and Questlove, he complained about being seated in the venue's Cisco Suites, which are a set of upper-level, rafter-adjacent suites.

As a longtime Knicks fan, Azaria noted he was overall "just happy to be in there," although it was difficult to watch the game from that high up.
The Knicks won Game 4 by one point — 107 to 106 — to take a 3-1 lead after mounting a 29-point comeback in the second half, the largest in NBA Finals history. Game 5 is on Saturday in San Antonio, giving the Knicks a chance to win their first championship in 53 years.
