Chip and Joanna Gaines are shaking up the Waco, Texas, real estate market by listing three of their most easily recognizable properties all at once.
The beloved home renovators, made famous by HGTV's Fixer Upper, aren't just listing any run-of-the-mill flip. They're hoping for a large payout on their most iconic properties. From their over 130-year-old castle to their popular rental property and a completely reimagined mill building, the couple is opening up their homes for interested buyers and Magnolia fans alike.
The Castle

One of the couple's most visually striking properties, the Historic Waco Castle, also known as Cottonland Castle, has hit the market for $2.7 million. Built in 1890, the 135-year-old home was "meticulously designed, renovated, and restored" by the couple to bring life to the historic property, according to its listing.
Fans of the Gaines couple will recognize the four-bedroom, four-bathroom estate from their spinoff series Fixer Upper: The Castle in 2022.

Today, the 6,176-sq.-ft. home comes fully furnished with "gorgeous millwork, antique tile floors, and diamond-paned windows." At the heart of the home, guests will find a formal dining room, great room and modern kitchen. Elsewhere, the property features unique spaces like a card room, formal library and conservatory.
In the winter 2019 issue of Magnolia Journal, Joanna opened up about purchasing the property, saying it was their dream to restore the structure, but the journey to purchasing the castle was lengthy.

"For nearly two decades, Chip watched and waited, persistently putting in offers whenever the castle was relisted—each one passed over for someone else, while very few improvements appeared to be made," Joanna wrote "Chip saw the beauty and potential in this place years earlier than I did, but he never gave up, and because of that, we now get to make this castle beautiful again."

For $1.7 million, the couple has listed their five-bedroom, four-bathroom Hillcrest Estate, which was most recently used as a short-term rental property on Airbnb and the Magnolia website.
Set on 1.9 acres, the property includes a fully remodeled main residence and detached guest cottage. Throughout the space, hardwood floors, extensive millwork, elegant wainscoting and natural light enhance the living space.

Over in Valley Mills, Chip and Joanna reimagined an abandoned factory building into a beautifully restored Gristmill. The property is currently listed for $935,000. Fans will recognize the home from Joanna's cooking show Magnolia Table.
