Ben Affleck is in quite the giving mood. Reports indicate that hehas given Jennifer Lopez his entire interest in their $60 million mansion. The couple were married for just over two years before officially divorcing in 2025.
They bought that mansion while they were together. When the home was purchased, the two spent millions on improvements, on top of the over $60 million they paid just to own it.

Jennifer could be getting the deal of the century in this divorce. According to documents obtained by TMZ, their property settlement shows a “transfer of property among spouses.” Sources close to the story suggest that Ben gave Jennifer his entire stake in the property free of charge. The two have been trying to sell that house for years without success. In 2024, they first put it on the market, but there were no big spenders. A month later, Jennifer filed for divorce. The initial asking price was $68 million. That went down to $52 million in September, but there were still no takers.
Jennifer had been living in that house while hers is being renovated. This rush of generosity on Ben’s part may come as a massive surprise to some. In September, insiders claimed that Ben was ignoring all her calls and messages. They add that he was being “demeaning and rude” towards his ex.

That said, Ben is in a good financial position right now, which may explain his kindness. He recently sold his AI company, InterPositive, to Netflix last month for an estimated $600 million.
Jennifer and Ben may no longer be an item, but they have had a working relationship in the recent past. Ben served as a producer for the film Kiss of the Spider Woman starring Jennifer, which premiered in the US last October.
